Trusting the timing means trading your anxiety for peace. Here are three reasons why waiting for the right moment is always worth it:
1. Growth Happens in the Waiting
We often want the harvest without the season of planting. However, the "waiting room" of life is actually a classroom. It is during these periods that our character is refined and our roots grow deep enough to support the success that is coming.
"But they that wait upon the Lord shall renew their strength; they shall mount up with wings as eagles; they shall run, and not be weary; and they shall walk, and not faint. — **Isaiah 40:31**
2. His Perspective is Greater Than Ours
We see the immediate path in front of us, but there is a much larger map being navigated. What we perceive as a slow pace is often a deliberate orchestration to ensure we arrive at the right destination safely and at the peak of our readiness.
"For my thoughts are not your thoughts, neither are your ways my ways, declares the Lord. For as the heavens are higher than the earth, so are my ways higher than your ways and my thoughts than your thoughts."* — **Isaiah 55:8-9**
3. Everything is Made Beautiful in the End
Forcing a flower to bloom early ruins the petal. Similarly, forcing a life event to happen before its time can lead to unnecessary stress and fragile results. When we allow things to unfold naturally, the outcome is far more complete and "beautiful" than anything we could have manufactured ourselves.
"He has made everything beautiful in its time. He has also set eternity in the human heart; yet no one can fathom what God has done from beginning to end."* — **Ecclesiastes 3:11**
**The Takeaway:** Instead of trying to rush the process, focus on being present in the preparation. When the clock finally strikes the right hour, you’ll realize the wait wasn't just a delay—it was a blessing.
